Barry has devoted his career to assist businesses and individuals in resolving legal disputes. He has been an attorney for over 35 years and has utilized skills developed over his career to represent clients in a wide range of business disputes. While resolution is always the goal, when this is not possible, Barry is an effective advocate in the courtroom, drawing on experience gained in the public sector as a prosecutor of major crimes as well as in the private sector in civil litigation. His extensive trial and appellate experience is invaluable in assisting clients make meaningful decisions in resolving disputes in as cost-effective and positive manner as possible in each case.

Very often, it is not cost-effective to employ a full-time litigation attorney. Yet, attorneys want to ensure that their clients receive proper representation in the courtroom. Barry accepts referrals from firms that are looking for litigation counsel to represent their clients. Keeping in mind that he is new to the established relationship with the referring attorney and the client, Barry works closely with the referring firm, making sure that it is kept current on all matters and engages the firm in decision-making, when appropriate, so that the client’s interests are protected. Barry accepts referrals, but also works as co-counsel with attorneys and firms who wish to be more involved in the litigation process.
